Yesterday we took a long walk along the beach in Cascais which is the western most edge of the Iberian peninsula and all of Europe. You can't get any closer to America from this point.
Here is a picture of exactly where we were from up above ...It was here we saw the coolest castle ... there are no longer King and Queens living in this one though.
Another cool thing we saw in Cascais was some workers building the sidewalks and many roads. Here the sidewalks are made out of stones all held together with sand and they are built by hand
